More than 3,000 people have attended one of our training programs. Many have become facilitators leading yoga practices with incarcerated men, women, and youth; some have even gone on to start yoga service programs of their own. We've had lawyers, therapists, social workers, formerly incarcerated people, law enforcement officers, and others working in prisons and jails attend our training.

For those with limited financial resources, we offer a small number of scholarships. Applications are evaluated based on financial need, identification with a group disproportionately affected by trauma and incarceration, and the applicant’s potential to apply the knowledge and skills gained in service to the community. You can find the scholarship application here. Submitting a scholarship application reserves your spot in the training. If you are applying for a scholarship, you do not need to register to reserve a space.
